Do I need existing social media accounts?
No. We can assist with creating and configuring new business accounts for an additional one-time fee. Some platforms require your personal registration and verification.
When do I choose my social media platforms?
During signup and onboarding. You'll select the platforms you want managed and indicate which accounts already exist or need to be created.
Does each platform receive its own unique posts?
No. Your plan includes up to the stated number of posts per week, distributed across your selected platforms. Content may be adapted and reused where appropriate.
Who owns my social media accounts?
You do. Customers retain ownership and authorize the necessary access securely. We do not request your social media passwords.
Can you post my project photos and business updates?
Yes. Finished projects, before-and-after photos, service announcements, and business updates are ideal source material for social content.
Can you manage a Google Business Profile?
We can help publish updates to an eligible, active, verified business profile. Complicated verification, reinstatement, and recovery are separate services.
Do I need to have a 1 Fine Design website?
No. 1 Fine Social is available as a standalone service, although it works well alongside a professional business website.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. Contact us about changing your selected platforms and the corresponding monthly package.
